Teresa Czubak

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Teresa served as Chief People Officer at Madison Logic, Inc., a former Clarion portfolio company. In that role, she served as a key member of their executive team, elevating the Human Capital function and contributing to the company’s successful exit in 2022.

Teresa began her career in the manufacturing sector at a privately held family business, where she spent 21 years in progressively senior roles. During that time, she built the company’s Human Capital function from the ground up, overseeing compliance and risk (including OFCCP, DOT, FLSA, EEO, ADA, ACA, ERISA, NLRA, and OSHA), labor relations, benefits, and payroll. She later served in a dual capacity leading both HR and Legal. She then joined TravelClick, Inc., a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, where she expanded her expertise in learning and development, performance management, recognition and rewards, post-merger integration, and due diligence prior to its successful acquisition by Amadeus in 2018.

Teresa earned her J.D. from St. John’s School of Law in Queens, NY, and her undergraduate degree from the NYU Stern School of Business where she completed a dual-major in International Business and Marketing and a minor in English & American Literature. Teresa has been admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey (inactive), and Connecticut (retired). Her personal interests include spending time with her husband, stepson, and rescue dogs on their ranch, where she can often be found reading, gardening, taking on DIY projects, or practicing pysankarstvo (Ukrainian Pysanky art). She is also a Buffalo Bills fan and enjoys hockey.
