Clarion Capital Partners Ranked Second Among Private Equity Firms on Crain’s 2025 List of Best Places to Work in New York City

NEW YORK, NY, October 15, 2025 - Clarion Capital Partners, LLC (“Clarion” or the “Firm”) announced today that it has been ranked 43rd overall and second among private equity firms on Crain’s 2025 Best Places to Work in New York City list. This marks the second consecutive year Clarion has placed in the top 50 overall and in the top two among private equity firms.

The annual Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City list honors companies that prioritize employee satisfaction through workplace culture, professional development opportunities, and benefits. The rankings are determined through employee surveys and employer questionnaires.

“At Clarion, we know that a positive culture makes the work more fulfilling, enjoyable, and engaging. We value that environment for our team and think it leads to positive performance.” said Marc Utay, Clarion Managing Partner. “We want our team members to thrive while delivering great outcomes to our investors.”

This recognition marks Clarion's third major accolade in 2025, following recognitions from HEC Paris-Dow Jones as a Top 10 Global Small-Cap Buyout Firm and as a Top 50 Private Equity Firm in the Middle Market by GCI Publishing.
