Clarion Capital Partners Appoints Teresa Czubak as Chief People Officer Clarion Capital Partners Appoints Teresa Czubak as Chief People Officer
NEW YORK, NY, January 22, 2026 – Clarion Capital Partners, LLC (“Clarion” or the “Firm”) today announced that Teresa Czubak will serve in the newly created position of Chief People Officer.
Czubak joins the Firm from Madison Logic, a former Clarion portfolio company, where she served as Chief People Officer and was a key member of the executive team. At Madison Logic, Czubak elevated the Human Capital function and contributed to the company’s successful exit from Clarion in 2022.
Prior to her time at Madison Logic, Czubak held senior Human Capital leadership roles at TravelClick, Inc., a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, where she deepened her expertise across learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, post-merger integration, and due diligence, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Amadeus in 2018. Earlier in her career, she spent more than two decades with a privately held manufacturing company, where she built the Human Capital function from the ground up. In that role, she oversaw compliance and risk management, benefits, and payroll, and later served in a dual capacity leading both the Human Resources and Legal functions.
“Our Firm is thrilled to officially welcome Teresa as Clarion’s Chief People Officer,” said Marc Utay, Clarion Managing Partner. “We worked with Teresa closely for many years in her previous role at Madison Logic. I know her experience will provide significant value as Clarion strives to strengthen our Human Resources function at Clarion and across our portfolio companies.”
“I’m excited to officially join the Clarion team, where I can bring a people-first approach to this new role,” said Czubak. “Having known Marc and the team for years, I’ve seen firsthand how much the Firm values its talent. I look forward to supporting Clarion’s growth by investing in its people.”
In this new role, Czubak will serve in a dual capacity leading Clarion’s people strategy and talent development efforts, while partnering closely with leadership across Clarion’s portfolio companies to strengthen human capital capabilities and drive long-term value creation.
Czubak earned her J.D. from St. John’s School of Law in Queens, NY, and her undergraduate degree from the NYU Stern School of Business, where she completed a dual major in International Business and Marketing and a minor in English & American Literature. Czubak has been admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey (inactive), and Connecticut (retired).
