Clarion Capital Partners Expands Team

Clarion Capital Partners (“Clarion”) is pleased to announce that five new professionals have joined our team this summer. Our private equity investment team has added three members: Ariana Klener who joins as a Senior Associate, and Kevin Liss and Rishab Mittal who join as Associates. They will add depth to Clarion as we pursue new investments and support our portfolio companies.

Clarion’s structured credit team has added Ho Hong Lau who joins as an Associate. Ho Hong brings 6 years of experience in structured credit and will be responsible for providing analytical, trading, and due diligence support to Clarion’s Structured Credit business.

Clarion’s finance team has added Andrew Horowitz as a Controller focusing on private equity, responsible for accounting, financial analysis and compliance.

Ariana Klener, Senior Associate

Ariana joined the firm in 2019 after receiving her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, she was an Associate at W Capital, a direct secondaries private equity firm, and worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse covering Retail & Consumer companies. Ariana graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting.

Kevin Liss, Associate

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Kevin worked in the Leveraged Finance Group of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Division. He graduated from Princeton University with an AB degree in Economics.

Rishab Mittal, Associate

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Rishab worked in the Technology, Media & Telecom group of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Division. Rishab graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in Economics.

Ho Hong Lau, Associate (Structured Credit)

Prior to joining Clarion Capital Partners, Ho Hong worked in the Structured Credit and Finance teams at CIFC Asset Management LLC. Ho Hong holds an M.S. in Finance from the Ohio State University and a B.A. in Economics and History from Franklin & Marshall College.

Andrew Horowitz, Controller

Prior to joining Clarion as Controller, “Andy” was a Controller at Norwest Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm located in Palo Alto, CA. Previously, Andy held roles at GE Asset Management, worked in public accounting for several years and was controller of a sports marketing company. He received his bachelor of business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California and a master’s in taxation from Fordham University. Andy is a Certified Public Accountant.
