Clarion Capital Partners Completes the Sale of a Majority Interest in Madison Logic to BC Partners

NEW YORK, January 4, 2023 – On December 30, 2022, Clarion Capital Partners (“Clarion”) closed a majority sale of its ownership in Madison Logic to BC Partners, a leading international investment firm.  Madison Logic is a global leader in Account Based Marketing (“ABM”) and is the last remaining asset in Clarion‘s second private equity fund.  Clarion and other shareholders, including CEO Tom O’Regan and Co-Founders Vin Turk (COO) and Erik Matlick, will maintain ownership stakes in Madison Logic and continue to support the business.  The transaction enterprise value previously was reported by Reuters to be $750 million.

Madison Logic provides advanced business-to-business ABM services through its proprietary, industry-leading account-based marketing platform which improves its clients’ sales and marketing results. With the support of Clarion, Madison Logic has experienced rapid organic growth, driven by a highly targeted go-to-market strategy, investments in technology, and an incredible global team. Over the course of Clarion’s ownership, revenue grew at a compounded annual growth rate of 19%.  The new partnership will support Madison Logic’s best-in-class management team to continue to provide unsurpassed services to its clients through increased technology platform functionality and service delivery.   Madison Logic expects to accelerate its impressive organic growth by expanding capabilities in new industries, geographies, and advertising mediums, and to explore strategic acquisitions.
