Alexander E. Fisher

Chairman and CEO - Fisher Harris Shapiro, Inc.
President - International Amalgamated Group, Inc.

For the past 40 years, Alexander has been a managing partner and controlling shareholder of various insurance brokerage firms. In 1998, he jointly founded Fisher Harris Shapiro, Inc., which offers a wide range of consulting and risk management services to business and real estate owners, lenders, and insurance brokers on issues including safety, claims management, design of alternative risk funding techniques, quantifying levels of risk, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Alexander is currently Chairman and CEO of Fisher Harris Shapiro. In 1997, he formed International Amalgamated Group, Inc. and currently serves as President of the company. International Amalgamated Group, Inc. develops enhancements for the real estate industry, which permit transactions to access the capital markets or private placements for financing of projects and/or increasing the amount of funds that can be obtained through financing. From 1992 to 1997, Alexander was a senior officer of Kaye Insurance Associates (Hub International), a national insurance brokerage firm. From 1965 to 1992, he was the managing partner of A. Fisher Co., Inc. and Amalgamated Programs Corp., which were general insurance brokerage firms that created specialized insurance programs for various industries. Alexander graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in 1962, and received a JD from Columbia Law School in 1965. He received his license as a Charter Life Underwriter in 1963.

Peter Cameron

Chief Executive Officer - Lenox

Peter is the Chief Executive Officer of Lenox, a leading manufacturer of high quality tabletop, giftware, and collectible products. Prior to joining Lenox, he was Chief Executive Officer of Waterford Wedgwood Plc from 2005 to 2008 after serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2005. From 1996 to 2004, he was President, CEO, and managing investor in All-Clad Holdings. Peter previously held a series of senior positions in the housewares industry from 1986 to 1996. More specifically, from 1993 to 1996, he served as Chairman of U.S. Industries Housewares Group. From 1988 to 1993, he was President and CEO of Farberware, and from 1986 to 1988, he was President and CEO of Revereware. Concurrent with many of these activities, from 1991 to the present, Peter has been Vice Chairman and owner of Acuity Management Inc., an investment management company that owns and operates Farberware Licensing, PSI, and—until recently—Revere Graphic Products. Earlier in his career, he held a succession of management positions with Polaroid Corporation, Bowmar Instrument Corp., and Starcraft Corp. He is an economics graduate of Northeastern University and a current member of the University’s Board of Directors and the International Housewares Charity Foundation.
